Pippa’s tribute plans. 

So, as many of you know, a very special girl named Pippa passed away on Wednesday night. She was a friend to so many; a part of Team Sats, a massive Gleek, a Whovian. I know she touched so many lives and we all love her so much.

We know that many of you may want to pay tribute to Pippa, so we have come up with a few ideas to carry out in her honour today.

At 3:30pm (GMT), wherever you may be in the world, it would be so special if you could release a paper lantern with a message for Pippa attached to it or written on it. It’s a very peaceful and eco-friendly way to show our love and appreciation of Pippa.

If you cannot find any paper lanterns, or cannot release them in your area, then you could write a small message on a rock and drop it into a river. Or write on a leaf and place it in a peaceful, natural place. If you would like to light candles in your home too, that’s also a very nice idea.

Then, at around 4pm (GMT), we are hoping to have a silence for Pippa. Her favourite song was Glee’s ‘I Feel Pretty/Unpretty’, so we think it would be fitting to play this aloud and stand in silence for the duration of the song, thinking of her and what an incredible girl she was; and thinking of all of her family and friends also.

I am also going to be making a small memory book for Pippa and her family and friends. I shall make a separate post with details about this soon. Once again, thank you so much for all of your support and kind words. The amount of messages is overwhelming and you are all so special.

Thoughts and comfort are with all who were close to Pippa at this hard time.
